Shoppingfeed tries to import all orders made on your 'connected' marketplace channels to your CMS system.
If an order contains a SKU that Shoppingfeed doesn’t recognize, the order will fail to import back to your storefront. You will be notified via email of that specific order and you will also be able to see this failed order in your Order Pane in Shoppingfeed.
ShoppingFeed will continue to try importing the order (every 30 minutes) until it sees the order has been successfully pushed back to the storefront or until you have requested us to stop importing the order back to your storefront.
