If Shoppingfeed's developer's authorization expires in your Seller Central, our App will lose access to your Amazon Seller Central and you will be receiving multiple email notifications from us saying that we failed to update your Amazon channel.
In this case, an action is required by you to renew authorization for our developer "SF" in your Seller Central to restore the connection between the two platforms:
- In your Amazon Seller Central, you need to access the User Permissions page, from there go to Visit Manage Your Apps under Third-party developers and apps.
- On the next page, you simply need to click on the "Renew access" button next to "SF" developer authorization (Developer ID: 455071712762)
Then wait for the next Amazon channel update to happen in Shoppingfeed and your Amazon export feeds should be processed successfully.
