Beforehand, you can configure your shipping policies from your Darty interface (especially if you sell bulky products). To help you, Fnac has published an article on the subject: https://fnacdartymarketplace.com/projet-back-office-documents-de-formation-lot-2/
This switch will take place on May 22nd. Here below are the steps to be taken on your Shoppingfeed application, to operate a secure migration towards Darty BOMP :
1. Add the new marketplace
This new marketplace is called Dartybomp and can be identified with the "new" label on its logo. Dartybomp, from then on, will be the channel you will have to use to manage your offers and orders on Darty :
Once the marketplace is opened, fill in your shop_id (UID used on the API) on Shoppingfeed. This ID should be given to you by your account manager at Darty, if you have not received it yet, please contact them :
2. Configure your offers
Via the "Mapping" tab :
If you take a look at the "Mapping" tab of this channel, you will find the list of all the offers fields that will be sent to Darty.
We would like to bring to your attention the following fields in particular, which will not configured by default :
- dea_tax and deee_tax fields
- the logistic ID, which allows to have different logistic options available, based on the offers' needs: logistic_type_id
- the time_to_ship field, which indicates the time needed to prepare the order
Via the "Settings" tab :
To select your offers, we advise you to use the duplication tool, which you can find in the "Settings" tab. By doing so, you will be assured to send the same selection of offers as on the Darty channel, and to avoid mistakes (Please note, it is highly recommended that the selections be identical before and after the switch) :
An identical tool exists to replicate all of your rules (transformation and auto-remove) from the Darty (and Fnacmirakl) channel to the Dartybomp channel. We strongly recommend that you use this tool on both Darty and Fnacmirakl. This duplication should only be done once for each channel: once on Darty, and once on Fnacmirakl :
Should you wish to double-check, you can check the duplication on the Rules page, by unfolding the list of channels on which the rules are applied :
Eventually, we advise you to check that the acceptance of orders is configured as you see fit :
There you go! You are ready to migrate from Darty to the unified back-office.
For any explanation you might need on the Fnac Darty back office project, or on the actions to be taken other than the ones done on Shoppingfeed that we just went over, please do not hesitate to check the communications sent by the Fnac Darty team (Be sure to check your spam box, if you don't find those), and the dedicated website: https://fnacdartymarketplace.com/projet-back-office-focus-lot-offre-et-commande/
After the migration (May 22nd), your orders will no longer be available on Darty, but on Dartybomp (which is why you must take the steps listed in this article before this date).
After May 22nd, your orders will have to be shipped on Dartybomp. However, if you can't make this change, Shoppingfeed will redirect your orders to the right channel, and Darty will receive your order shipments (Please note that Shoppingfeed will perform this redirection for 30 days).
From June 22nd onwards, you will have to ship any remaining orders on Dartybomp. There will be no more redirection of shipments done by Shoppingfeed after this date.
- Creation of products (either for Darty or Fnac) must be done via the Fnacmirakl channel
- Offers and orders for Fnac are activated and configured via the Fnac channel
- Offers and orders for Darty are activated and configured via the Dartybomp channel
