Shoppingfeed offers easy and reliable integration for Shopify stores. All you need to do is install the following app in your Shopify Admin - https://apps.shopify.com/shopping-feed
Once installed, you will be prompted to create a trial account with us and start your 14-day free trial.
We will use your Shopify store as a Central Hub for all Product Data and will import all the product details from Shopify to Shoppingfeed. All the changes you make in Shopify will be reflected in Shoppingfeed accordingly within 5-6 hours, by default, since we are constantly in sync with your Shopify store and get the updates regularly.
*The update frequency varies from 4-5 times a day to hourly based on your service package and account configurations.
Moreover, we can also help you make changes to your product data before it is sent to a specific channel without making the changes in Shopify.
For example, you can increase the price on eBay for all products to compensate for Shipping expenses and still offer free shipping on eBay for your buyers. You can remove HTML from the description field or remove commas from the search terms field on Amazon to make sure the field format meets Amazon's requirements etc.
In addition to creating and updating the listings on the channels, we will also help you with Order Import from the marketplaces.
We will import the orders from the channels of your choice back to Shopify for fulfillment. The imported orders will look like native Shopify orders and should be integrated seamlessly with any 3-rd party software. You will still be able to see the note in each imported order with the Marketplace Name and Order ID. Once the imported order is fulfilled in Shopify, we will send the updated order status back to the marketplace along with the tracking details.
Some key facts about the product data import from Shopify:
- Each Shoppingfeed account is tied to a specific country and currency by default.
The country and currency for your Shoppingfeed account depend on the country setting of your Shopify store. For example, if you have the United States selected in the settings of your Shopify store - your Shoppingfeed account will be tied to the US market. - Product SKUs in Shopify must be unique for all products including product variants.
Products with duplicate SKUs won't be imported to Shoppingfeed and won't be accepted by the channels. At the same time, it is fine to leave the SKU field blank in Shopify - we will then use generic Shopify Product IDs as product SKUs for your products.
- Shoppingfeed imports only the products that are available for the Online Store Sales Channel in Shopify by default.

The products with no Product Type assigned in Shopify will be moved to the Uncategorized Products section in Shoppingfeed.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign categories in Shoppingfeed based on Shopify Collections or any other attribute except for Product Type. - Shoppingfeed does not import Shopify metafields by default.
Feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team if you need to enable the metafields import for your account. - You can use Shopify Tags to add custom attributes to your products in Shoppingfeed. All you need to do is add a Product Tag in a specific format in Shopify and Shoppingfeed will treat those tags as separate fields/attributes.
Required Tag Format: AttributeName:Attribute Value
For example, Material:Stainless Steel tag will be imported as a {Material} field with Stainless Steel value in Shoppingfeed.
This way you can use that {Material} attribute in the Field Mapping, AutoTag, and Rules tool to send the value for a corresponding field on a specific channel. - The products with the "track quantity" setting disabled in Shopify are imported as out-of-stock products in Shoppingfeed by default. You can easily change this behavior with the help of the Rules tool in Shoppingfeed.
