As part of the migration to the new Amazon API (SP-API v1), the submission of your offer feeds (price, inventory, logistics), as well as the creation of new products via the new Amazonseller platform, is now available on Shoppingfeed.
This article provides a step-by-step guide to setting up the essential configuration parameters. Below, you’ll find a complete checklist to ensure your feeds are properly configured.
Offer Feed Configuration: What Do I Need to Do?
Thanks to our One-Click Migration, all active offers from your old Amazon platform will be automatically migrated to the new Amazonseller platform — no action required on your part.
This system ensures seamless data continuity, with no interruption in the transmission of your prices, stock levels, or logistics information.

Please note: If you open the Amazonseller channel on your own, we will no longer be able to perform the migration on your behalf.
The Amazon API offers two offer update modes: update (full update) and partial_update (partial update).
In update mode, all submitted data will replace the existing data on Amazon — including price and stock.
In contrast, partial_update mode only updates the fields that are explicitly provided.
So, if you do not wish to update the price or stock, make sure to leave those fields empty in your data feed. This ensures that Amazon retains the existing values.
Product Feed Configuration: What Do I Need to Do?
To create a new product listing, Amazon requires a number of attributes and specifications. These details can be entered via the "Autotag" tab in your Amazonseller platform.
Important: Product feed setup is only necessary for products that do not yet exist on the Amazon marketplace.
We therefore recommend completing this section only if you are creating new products.
🔧 Steps to Set Up a Product Feed
- Go to the "Autotag" tab and begin by filling in all attributes marked as required.
- Once completed, perform a first export of the product feed.
- Then go to the "Error Investigator" tab to:
- Check for any potential errors
- Identify any missing or incorrectly filled attributes
🔁 Reminders
-
Products that already exist on Amazon:
If the product you’re listing already exists (offered by another seller), Shoppingfeed will automatically match your offer to the existing listing using its EAN or ASIN.
You do not need to recreate the product listing in this case. -
Custom attributes or category-specific fields:
Some categories require additional specific fields. If the category is properly set, Shoppingfeed will display those fields directly in the interface for you to complete.
Sending Data
You can confirm the activation of the new Amazonseller platform by enabling the feeds from the "Settings" tab:
To complete the migration, you can also disable the old Amazon platform. While its permanent removal from Shoppingfeed has not yet been finalised, activating the feeds on Amazonseller is required if you have products that do not yet exist on Amazon and therefore need to be created.
Note:
You can choose to send only the offer feed to Amazonseller if you do not plan to create new products.
In that case, do not activate theproduct_upsertfeed.
