This error indicates that the credentials entered in the CDiscount Settings tab on Shoppingfeed are incorrect. Therefore, you need to update this information. The solution to avoid this error, which can result in orders not being properly transmitted, is to use API credentials, which you can retrieve from CDiscount.
Here are the steps to use these credentials:
- Log in to your CDiscount seller account.
- Retrieve your API credentials in your seller account > your personal and banking data > Connection settings. Also, retrieve your login (yourname-api).
- Click on "Reset your API password." You will receive a password reset email with a link that allows you to create a new temporary password.
- Change this temporary password to a more suitable one in the same section (Change your API connection settings).
- Finally, enter your API connection credentials on Shoppingfeed in the CDiscount Settings tab (be sure to keep this tab open from the beginning to the end of this API password reset process).
