What is TikTok Shop ?
TikTok Shop is the new marketplace on the TikTok social network, offering you the opportunity to access the online sales model of “Social Selling” through the leading platform in this field. Please note that TikTok Shop is a distinct E-Commerce service from TikTok Business, which is the advertising platform of this social network.
TikTok Shop does not operate like a traditional marketplace; users do not go there to buy products but to entertain themselves. This is why purchases on TikTok Shop are more impulsive and need to be integrated into engaging content focused on entertainment. This requires managing this channel in collaboration with creative digital teams, as it must be aligned with the platform's marketing and communication strategies. TikTok also allows you to leverage its network of content creators to promote your products through its affiliate program.
Your TikTok Account Manager can guide you on how to sell correctly on the platform, but you can also learn more through the Seller Academy.
What are the prerequisites for creating products on this platform ?
We recommend consulting the “Product Creation Guide” on TikTok Shop before starting your setup on Shoppingfeed.

In the Errors investigator tab, all products rejected by the TikTok Shop platform are listed together. You can view the error details by clicking on it.
Error messages returned by the platform are slightly encrypted but can be interpreted using the information in the center of the message.
