EDI at Galaxus
At Galaxus, the term EDI refers to the process of order management and fulfillment.
FTP Exchanges
When Galaxus mentions:
“send document to the FTP”
This actually refers to an automated data exchange, similar to an API call.

For each order:
- A tracking number is mandatory
- The carrier must be properly configured
You must also ensure proper carrier matching is set up.
5. Test Environment
