Depending on the platform, you should know that shipping costs can be configured on Shoppingfeed, directly on the platform in question, or even on both.
Here is a summary of the settings to be made for each platform:

- Cdiscount : We invite you to read the dedicated help tutorial for setting up shipping costs here: “Setting up Cdiscount shipping costs”
- Ebay : We invite you to read the dedicated help tutorial for setting up shipping costs here: “Setting up Ebay shipping costs”
- Redoute : Go to the “Mapping” tab on Shoppingfeed. Shipping costs must be entered in field 12 “DeliveryFee.Home” for home delivery, and in field 17 “DeliveryFee.Relais” for delivery to a Relais Colis relay point.

- Fnac : Shipping costs must be entered directly into your Fnac account. We do not send anything from Shoppingfeed.

- Spartoo : Shipping costs must be entered directly into your Spartoo account. We do not send anything from Shoppingfeed.

- Backmarket : Go to the “Mapping” tab on Shoppingfeed. Shipping costs must be entered in field 22 “shipping_price_1”.
- Google Shopping : By default, we send the shipping cost field from your source feed. If you ever want to change the amount of shipping sent to Google Shopping, you will need to make a “rule” .
