Why migrate ?
Fnac is moving away from the Mirakl technology and launching its own custom-built Catalogue Portal, based on internal technology. As part of this transition, sellers will receive new access credentials to this platform.
How to migrate ?
Steps :
1/ Duplicate your settings: selection, rules, categories, and attributes.
Using the duplication tools available on the “Settings” page, you can:
- Duplicate your product selection
- Duplicate categories and attributes
- Apply your transformation rules
- Apply your segmentation rules
By selecting from fnacmirakl to Fnac and/or dartybomp.
2/ Activate your product feed on Fnac
By default, the product feed is deactivated. Still on the “Settings” page, you need to activate the product feed (product_upsert). Click “Save”.
You can then launch an update from the top right of the page by clicking the “Update” button.
Check and complete the migration
1/ Check on the Fnac Portal
On your Fnac Catalogue Portal interface, in the “Import Catalogue” menu, you will find the list of “imports” on Fnac (these correspond to the “exports” sent from Shoppingfeed and imported into Fnac).
The presence of imports on this page confirms that Shoppingfeed is sending your products to Fnac. Our imports include the term “shoppingfeed” in their name, visible in the first column.
2/ Remove the old channel
You can now delete the fnacmirakl channel on Shoppingfeed, as it is no longer needed. To do this, go to “Platforms” > Fnac Mirakl > “Settings” tab, and click on “Delete”.
FAQ
1 / What should I do if I sell on both Fnac and Darty?
Fnac-Darty has probably provided you with two shops. However, the Catalogue Portal is shared between both channels. Therefore, you only need to connect one of the two shops.
2 / What is the difference between Fnac Mirakl and Fnac?
Fnac Mirakl became obsolete on June 30, 2025. Fnac now uses its own Catalogue Portal for product creation. In Shoppingfeed, you should use the “Fnac” marketplace, not FnacMirakl.
