-
Product Catalog Creation
Galaxus will ask you to provide the full list of products you intend to sell. Your Galaxus contact will give you feedback to help improve your product data. Once your catalog meets their quality standards, you’ll move on to the next step.
-
Test Order in Local Environment
Shoppingfeed is connected by default to Galaxus’s test environment. Each seller must complete this step to access the live (production) environment.
During this phase, Galaxus will place a test order for one of your products. They will verify that shipping notifications are properly received via Shoppingfeed.
You can only go live once Galaxus has successfully validated this phase.

Once the test phase is approved, our support team will switch your connection to the production environment. You are now officially live on Galaxus, and all future orders will be real customer orders.
