If the developer authorization for Shoppingfeed expires in your Seller Central, our application will lose access to your Amazon Seller Central. Consequently, you will receive multiple email notifications from us, indicating that our attempts to update your Amazon channel have failed.
To resolve this situation, you must take action and renew the authorization. This step is crucial to restore the connection between the two platforms.
Renewing authorization directly from Shoppingfeed;
- Access the Amazon channel in Shoppingfeed;
- Go to Settings;
- Click on the "Login with Amazon".
Once done, our authorization will get automatically prolonged for another few months.
*If, following the restoration of the connection, certain older unfulfilled Amazon orders haven't been automatically imported into Shoppingfeed, kindly notify us at support@shopping-feed.com.
