You will find all sorts of information on the "Statistics" page of the application, with the option at the top of the page to view statistics (updated every 24 hours) by focusing either on marketplace data or acquisition data.
Marketplace
Filters
Concerning marketplaces, you have certain filters that will allow you to refine the data displayed on this page:
- Date: By default, the displayed statistics take into account the last 30 days (note that dates are considered at 00:00, so the last day of your date range must be taken at J+1. For a complete month, for example, you should set a date range from 01/M to 01/M+1).
- Channel: By default, the displayed statistics reflect all marketplaces in your Shoppingfeed account.
- Orders: By default, all orders are considered, but you can choose to target orders in a certain status only.
Once the filters are selected, click the "magnifying glass" button to apply them to the displayed statistics.
For marketplaces, several types of data are available:
- Orders: Number of existing orders
- Turnover: Turnover in your currency (excluding shipping costs)
- Shipping costs: Total shipping costs on existing orders in your currency
- Average order amount: Average order amount in your currency (excluding shipping costs)
- Cancellation rate: Cancellation rate on existing orders (in %)
- Return rate: Return rate on existing orders (in %)

Top channels
This chart shows the top 5 marketplaces that generate the most turnover on your account, displaying for each of these platforms the share of the total turnover it represents (over the given period). It is possible to download these elements into a CSV file, which will then contain all connected marketplaces in your account and the share of turnover generated by each of them.
Revenue by channel
This chart shows the evolution of turnover on the top 5 marketplaces of your account (see Top channels). It is possible to download these elements into a CSV file, which will then contain the turnover of all connected marketplaces in your account.
Top countries
This chart illustrates the distribution of your turnover by country. It is possible to download these elements into a CSV file, which will then contain all countries and the share of turnover generated by each.
Top Products
This table displays the top 100 products that generate the most turnover for your account, with the following information for each of these products:
- Image
- Reference
- Brand
- Category
- Name
- Turnover generated by the product
- Orders related to the product
It is possible to download these elements into a CSV file, which will then contain all products from your catalog.
