1. Prerequisites
Before activating the Yves Rocher platform in Shoppingfeed, make sure you meet the following requirements:
Yves Rocher Seller Account
You must have an active seller account on the Yves Rocher marketplace (see seller guide).
The onboarding process includes:
- KYC (Know Your Customer) validation
- Entering legal and billing information
- Setting up the Adyen payment account
Without completing these steps, it is not possible to publish products on the marketplace.
Seller Store Configuration
Before going live with your catalog, your Mirakl seller page must be completed.
This page includes:
- Your brand presentation
- Terms and conditions of sale
- Seller legal information
These details are visible to customers on the marketplace.
Catalog Compliance
The catalog submitted via Shoppingfeed must comply with the Yves Rocher publication guidelines.
Product listings must include:
- A compliant product title
- A short description
- A long description
- Compliant product images
- Required product attributes
- An ingredient list (for cosmetics)
Non-compliant products may be rejected by the marketplace.
2. Activation and Configuration in Shoppingfeed
To connect “Yves Rocher” to your Shoppingfeed account, go to the “Platforms” tab and proceed with authentication via Mirakl:
Then, in the “Selection” tab, map your categories with those of the platform.
You can also use our AI tool Ailice to automatically map categories. You will then need to validate the results in the left-hand menu under the Ailice tab.
Next, we recommend configuring the information related to your product and offer feeds via the “Mapping” and “Autotag” tabs.
Required Attributes
The following fields must be completed in your catalog. These are mandatory fields (marked with a red dot) that you will find for most product categories.
Additional fields may also be requested or recommended (marked with a blue dot), depending on your product type.

Next, go to the “Matching” tab to map your brands with those authorized by the marketplace:
Finally, after completing all these configurations, go back to the “Selection” tab. You can choose which categories/products you want to publish:
- Select or deselect all products
- Select or deselect all products within a category
- Select or deselect products individually
Click the “Update” button.
In the “Publication and Errors” tab, all products rejected by the Yves Rocher platform are grouped together. You can view the details of each error by clicking on it.
3. Product Content Guidelines
To ensure product publication, listings must comply with the following rules:
Product Name
The product name must:
- Be in French
- Contain a maximum of 45 characters
- Include the product type
- Not include the brand
- Not include the size/volume

Short Description
The short description must:
- Contain a maximum of 80 characters
- Highlight the main benefit of the product
- Be simple and easy to read
- Not include the brand or size/volume
Long Description
The long description should:
- Ideally be 200 to 500 words
- Be unique
- Include SEO keywords
Recommended structure:
- Product promise
- Key features
- Usage instructions
Ingredients (INCI)
For cosmetic products, the INCI list is mandatory.
It must exactly match the ingredient list shown on the product packaging.
4. Image Management
Each product can include up to 6 images.
Main Image
The main image must:
- Be square
- Have a minimum resolution of 800 × 800 px
- Have a white or transparent background
- Show only the product
- Not contain any text
Secondary Images
Additional images can showcase:
- The product texture
- The packaging
- The product in use
- Different angles of the product
5. Order Management
Order Acceptance
Orders must be accepted promptly. Refusals should remain exceptional, as they may impact seller performance.

Shipping
Once the order is shipped:
- Add the carrier tracking number
- Update the order status
The customer will automatically receive a notification.
Refunds
Refunds can be:
