Conrad is evolving its marketplace integration model. As part of this change, affected sellers must migrate from the Conrad platform to the new Conraddropship platform in Shoppingfeed.
This migration is being rolled out gradually in waves. Sellers on the Dutch channel are the first to be affected, followed later by the German marketplace.
Important: The official ETA is provided in the Conrad documentation dedicated to this transition, which was shared with you by the platform. Since this date may change, we recommend referring to the latest communication from Conrad before starting any migration actions.
Who is affected?
You are affected if:
- You currently sell on Conrad through Shoppingfeed.
- You want to continue publishing your products and processing orders through Shoppingfeed after the transition.
- Conrad has contacted you regarding the transition to their new dropshipping model.
If you have not yet received any communication from Conrad or Shoppingfeed, no immediate action is required. Remember that the migration is organized in waves.
Migration Timeline
The Conrad documentation is structured into several phases:
Phase 1 — Contract
Conrad contacts the affected sellers to begin the commercial part of the transition. This phase includes signing the new agreement required to continue operating under the new model.
Phase 2 — Shop Creation
Your new seller environment is created on the Conrad side. This step establishes the new shop structure before the technical migration.
Phase 3 — Commercial Onboarding
Your account is prepared within Conrad, including:
- Account information
- Commercial data
- Seller settings
- Administrative prerequisites
Phase 4 — Technical Onboarding
The technical connection is set up. At this stage, the migration within Shoppingfeed can be prepared on the Conraddropship platform.
Some sellers are already in Phase 3 or 4. Future waves will be communicated directly by Conrad as the rollout progresses.
Prerequisites Before You Start
Before configuring Conraddropship in Shoppingfeed, ensure that you have:
- Confirmation from Conrad that your account is eligible for migration
- The new commercial agreement signed
- Access to your new Conrad seller environment (a new shop)
- Any credentials or connection details required for the integration
Step 1: Open the Conraddropship Platform in Shoppingfeed
Once all Conrad prerequisites have been completed, open the new platform in Shoppingfeed and log in.
Then connect the platform using the information provided by Conrad. Make sure you select the Dropshipping shop associated with your business.
If you are unsure which shop to select, you can find its identifier directly on the homepage of your Mirakl interface.
We recommend verifying this number before finalizing the connection to avoid synchronization issues.
Step 2: Duplicate Your Settings from Conrad
From the Settings tab of the Conraddropship platform, use the available duplication tools to copy as much of your current configuration as possible.
Duplicate the following from the old Conrad platform to Conraddropship:
- Product selection
- Transformation rules
- Segmentation rules
- Categories
- Attributes
- Available mappings
Important: Duplication creates a snapshot copy at a specific point in time. Any changes made later on the old Conrad platform will not automatically be reflected in Conraddropship. If necessary, repeat the duplication process or manually replicate your changes.
Step 3: Activate Conraddropship Feeds
Once your configuration has been verified, activate the required exports from the Settings tab of Conraddropship.
Depending on your setup, this may include:
- Product feed
- Offer feed
- Automatic order acceptance
Recommandation Do not activate all feeds until your product, offer, and order data has been reviewed and validated.
Step 4: Verify Orders
Once products and offers are being published correctly, verify order processing.
Check:
- Order retrieval in Shoppingfeed
- Import into your CMS or ERP (if applicable)
- Order statuses
- Shipment notifications
- Tracking information transmission
- Any platform name differences in your exports or internal tools
Important: If you use an ERP, make sure the new platform name Conraddropship is included in your import, export, invoicing, and reporting rules.
Step 5: Complete the Migration
Once Conraddropship is functioning correctly, do not delete the old Conrad platform until Shoppingfeed or Conrad confirms that the migration has been fully completed.
FAQ
How can I distinguish between the two platforms in Shoppingfeed?
- The old platform is called Conrad.
- The new platform is called Conraddropship and has a blue "DS" tag (for "dropship").
I have not yet been contacted by Conrad. Should I migrate now?
No. The migration is being carried out in waves. Wait for communication from Conrad or Shoppingfeed before starting.
Is the new commercial agreement mandatory?
Yes, for affected sellers. The contractual phase is one of the first steps in the migration process. Without this validation, the technical onboarding cannot be completed.
Can I continue selling on the old Conrad platform during the migration?
Yes, as long as Conrad or Shoppingfeed has not asked you to stop using the old feed. The transition should be managed carefully to avoid any interruption in product publication or order processing.
Does activating Conraddropship automatically disable Conrad?
No, unless you have received specific instructions for your account. Check your exports and wait for confirmation that the migration is complete before deactivating the old channel.
Do I need to reconfigure my entire catalog?
No. Shoppingfeed’s duplication tools allow you to reuse a significant portion of your existing configuration.
What should I do if my products are rejected?
Review the error reports in both Shoppingfeed and the Conrad environment. Prioritize fixing blocking errors such as:
- Missing category
- Missing required attribute
- Unrecognized brand
- Insufficient product data
- Invalid price
- Invalid stock information
Do I need to modify my ERP or CMS?
If your ERP, CMS, or logistics system uses the platform name to route orders, generate invoices, or trigger workflows, you must add the new Conraddropship channel to your internal rules.
When can I remove the old Conrad platform?
Only after receiving confirmation from Shoppingfeed or Conrad. Before deleting it, make sure that products, offers, orders, shipments, and tracking are all functioning correctly through Conraddropship.
