Shoppingfeed uses its connection to your channels to inform the channel what messages to send and when. For instance, when you cancel an order from your storefront that was imported by Shoppingfeed, we instruct the Amazon server to send a message to the buyer, letting them know that the order has been canceled.
The same will occur for the following actions (where the channel allows):
- Order shipment confirmation;
- Order cancellation;
- Order refund.
