If you use Google Drive or Google Spreadsheet to host your CSV feeds for Centric Shoppingfeed’s source feed or your additional feeds, you may encounter errors starting from August 2025 due to a change in the access URLs generated by Google.
To fix the associated URL, we suggest following these instructions to obtain a valid one that will allow Centric Shoppingfeed to properly import your data.
Steps:
- Go to your Google Spreadsheet.
- Click on “File > Share > Share with others”, then set the general access as follows:
- Copy the document ID from the URL.

How to correct your source feed URL?
Provide the new, valid URL, like the example above, to the customer support team so they can update it on the Centric Shoppingfeed side.
How to correct the URL of a supplemental feed?
You can update the URL yourself by going to “Catalog > Sources” and editing the corresponding supplemental feed:
