1) How do new products appear?
As soon as a new product is configured on your CMS and is integrated into the source feed (active and available for sale), it will be automatically retrieved by Shoppingfeed during the next update of the source feed (every 6 hours by default).
You can then find this product on the 'Catalog' page.
Regarding the distribution of these new products, it's important to note that these products can be integrated either manually or automatically into exports to various channels/marketplaces. Below, you will find the different methods for managing these products.

To automatically select new products in your exports, you can go to the 'Settings' tab of the channel.
A specific option is provided:
'By default, new products are not checked. Check this box if you want to automatically send new products.'If you check the box, a newly imported product on Shoppingfeed will be automatically marked for selection in the 'Selection' tab of the respective platform.
3) Enabling new items from the Catalog page
The 'Catalog' page allows you to have a comprehensive view of your product catalog. It lists all the products from your catalog in a table format as they are imported and exist on Shoppingfeed.
It can be accessed by clicking on the 'Catalog' tab on the left menu bar/navigation.
On the Catalog page, you can easily filter the products by Product import date.
The Catalog page allows you to select as many products as you want, to enable (or disable) those on your connected channels. To do so, use the checkboxes in the first column of the table, for each reference.
If you have selected some products on the page (as opposed to all the products on the page), you will be able to enable or disable those products :
Once you have selected your products, you can choose to either Enable (the products will be sent within the next export, once the selection action is completed) or Disable (the products will no longer be sent in the next export, once the selection action is completed) those products for one or several channels.
To do so, choose your channels in the dropdown. You can also search in the field to find your channels faster.
Finally, click 'Apply'.
