How to comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) using Shoppingfeed? – Shoppingfeed Help Center

The GPSR is a regulation that provides a high level of consumer protection and ensures fair competition for businesses, thus improving the functioning of the European Union's (EU) internal market.

To achieve this, it replaces the current directive on general product safety and the directive on products resembling foodstuffs, which guarantee the safety of consumer goods sold both offline and online. It will come into effect on December 13, 2024 and includes specific obligations to be met by manufacturers, importers, distributors, economic operators, and marketplaces (identified by the regulation as online marketplace providers).

Each marketplace requires very specific information to be provided, here is how to configure it on Shoppingfeed (the table is subject to completion/modification and is awaiting feedback from marketplaces):
