1. Introduction to order exports
From Shoppingfeed, you can create an export with a list of marketplace orders.
This export can be done in two formats:
- In the form of PDF invoices for the selected orders;
- In the form of an Excel spreadsheet, with the order data you have configured.
The exports can be retrieved from the "Settings > Exports" tab of your Shoppingfeed account, and you can create new formats from this same page.
The purpose of these exports may be to create CSV exports for your logistics or sales statistics.
2. How to create your exports
To create order exports, you need to go to the specific page for order exports.
On this page, you will find the existing order export formats by default. This allows you to have the standard data useful for logistical processing.
If you wish, you can create a new order export format by clicking on the "Create a new order export" button. You will then be taken to an order export configuration page.
You can first fill in the basic information in a table (file name, desired format, adding column titles, etc.).
In the second table, you can define specific dates to include a specific period or specific platforms for file generation.
By default, the dates are unlimited, and all marketplaces are included for export.
Finally, the last step is to choose the fields you want to appear in your order export.
You will find the standard data (order reference, product reference, delivery address, phone number, quantity, etc.).
For information, fields containing the ID info refer to internal Shoppingfeed values (SF order ID, marketplace ID, product ID).
For orders at a pickup point, the number is found in the "Other (delivery)" field.
Once you have moved the desired fields into the dedicated area, your file is saved, and you can retrieve this new file from the Order Export page (to export all orders) or from the Orders page to retrieve a list of orders.
3. How to retrieve your order exports
On the My Orders page, you can generate an order export by clicking on the "Export Order" button. The report will contain all the orders you have selected from the "My Orders" page.
On this page, you can filter orders by period, marketplace, and status. For example, you can display only Amazon orders for the last 7 days with the status "Accepted". If you check them and click on the create report button, you will be able to retrieve these checked orders.
On the page that opens, you can choose the file format to generate from the selection list. You will find standard formats as well as your specific formats.
By clicking "Download", the order file will be generated:
