Currently, this data is only requested by German marketplaces, but this may likely evolve in the future. It's worth noting that this information will only be transmitted to the marketplaces that require it.
The page for managing your warehouse or warehouses is located in your Account Settings, but it's also accessible from the "Settings" menu on the orders page.
You will find yourself in one of the two cases below:
Single Warehouse:
If you add only one warehouse address to your account, Shoppingfeed automatically sends it as the shipping address for each order shipment (for the relevant marketplaces).
Multiple Warehouses:
If you set up multiple warehouses, the first one created will be considered the default warehouse. The address of this default warehouse will be automatically used when shipping orders unless you explicitly choose to use a different warehouse.
The default warehouse selection can also be easily modified through the interface that lists the warehouses:
Currently, you can choose which warehouse to use when shipping an order in two different ways:
- On the Shoppingfeed interface, by clicking "Ship" for an order, a dropdown menu will allow you to choose the warehouse to use.
- Directly through the API call used to ship an order (API endpoint: Ship an Order) using a property that allows you to specify the warehouse to use.
